Laser Cutting Machine
The Laser Jet is capable of cutting steel up to a thickness of 2″. If material thicker than that is required it can be cut on the Water Jet Capable of up to 6″.
Tube Bending Machine
Tube and Pipe from 1″ to 3″ Outside Diameter. The Bender is a 5 Axis Push Bending CNC controlled machine.
Water Jet Component
Any steel components available with a drawing provided. Brake components are regularly ordered.
Heat Insulation Pads
Heat Insulation Pads/Blankets in various shapes and sizes are available. The pads are hook and loop attached or velcro. The outer cover is made of a Silicon base material which is water and oil resistant. A Stainless Steel mesh wrapping make the Pads/Blankets removable and reusable.
Composite Bushings
Composite Bushings that are self lubricating will reduce maintenance and hazardous materials. They are UV and Water resistant and with stand 15,500 PSI. Special compounds can increase the strength to 40,000 PSI. The NCL Sky’s rudder bearing is made of this material and was supplied by our partner.
Resurfacing
Resurfacing of numerous components is offered. Depending on the size it can be ground or machined.
