When awarded numerous jobs to be performed during Dry Dock we can develop Work Schedules in Primavera P6 if required.  The importance of planning is to create a picture of a successful future for the operations of the company’s performance.  We develop our formal plan,  based on our current operations and factors impacting our business. 

The right hand knows what the left hand is doing because it is laid out in the plan and everyone is clear on it. Planning within the organization must include every department, including production, marketing, technology, systems, human resources, finance and accounting.
